Team Vision Innovative Leisure Racing

Team Vision Innovative Leisure, is a team of talented Senior, U23, and Junior cyclists competing at National and Regional level in Road, Track and Cyclocross.

The team was formed to provide potential future stars of road and track cycling from Central and South-Eastern regions with a well-supported and professionally run team environment from which they can progress further into fulfilling their aims of becoming fully competitive international bike riders. Without valuable support from many sponsors the team would not be able to offer the riders the package they require to compete regionally and nationally and Vision XS are very proud of the commitment they have made to ensure that the team are able achieve their goals.

Q & A with Tim Allen of Vision Innovative Leisure Race Team

Wallingford Festival of Cycling

In 2014 Tony Sefton and a group of local cycling club members and enthusiasts enlisted the support of the local community to organise a fabulous charity event in their local town of Wallingford. In their first year more than 1,000 competitors took part in events ranging from children’s races to an elite road race that drew gasps from 4,000 spectators around the highly technical town centre circuit.

In it’s second year, the event attracted over 2,000 competitors and more than 5,500 spectators on courses that spanned the whole of South Oxforshire and beyond. The event is aimed at family fun and healthy living as well as the demonstration of elite competitive men and women of all ages whom enter the British Cycling races.

The event takes months of preparation and the team relentlessly give evenings, weekends and spare time to volunteer to support the event which is a huge logistical operation. Tony and his team are immensely proud of what they do to deliver an event for the local community and would like to take this opportunity to once again thank each and every person involved from organisers to marshalls and local sponsors – thank you.

The 2017 event was the best year for cycling – 2018 coming soon
